Approach

Have you ever seen a young person covered on the inside with years dirt and rain start to cry because you thanked him for who he is, and how his expression of truth helped the world? In the felt-sense of "you matter" arriving?  

Have you ever seen someone who has been through hopeless and overwhelm beyond your imagining stand, finally, and for the first time, in her own power with joy?

My approach is to foster learning environments and organizational culture building that will help you create the conditions for this arrival, beyond crisis cycles, in those employed, and those you serve.  

I bring the invitation to include staff, administration, board members, and those accessing your services to participate in these learning experiences the layers that feel helpful to expand your interconnectivity and effectiveness.  

I offer foundational learning and skill building in each topic, with the opportunity to dive deeper and expand application over time.  

In each day there is beauty, and awe, and the mud that it grows from.  And a bioluminescence waiting to be seen and nurtured. And stirred.  

The Gift

In an uphill battle

A shifting of solar systems

Cells realigning into the aliveness

Of interrelation in a bigger

Beyond the tasks assigned

And into a hope-full,

The action of another's generosity

Without effort,  just care

Extended,  and landing in

A heartfelt heart-wonder

Of yes, you too, are here to be seen.
